CX 777 Terms and Conditions — Official Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and cx 777 ("cx 777", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform available at cx777.world. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the platform, including registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games, claiming of bonuses and all other interactions with cx 777 services.

One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one cx 777 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, mobile number, payment method or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. Account Security. Common verification documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or driving licence. Access to services may be suspended pending verification. cx 777 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately closed and any balance voided.

Account Information Accuracy. Players must ensure that all registration information remains accurate and up to date. All financial transactions on the cx 777 platform — including deposits, withdrawals and game stakes — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cx 777 does not process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by cx 777; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside of cx 777's control.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Withdrawal Policy. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. cx 777 processes standard withdrawal requests within 10 to 60 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within 24 hours for bank transfers. There is no minimum withdrawal amount. cx 777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with anti-fraud procedures.

Deposit Limits. cx 777 operates daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming framework. Players may also set their own personal deposit limits in their account settings. Any limit reduction requested by a player takes effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.

All games and betting markets available at cx 777 operate under specific rules that are displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that specific game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any game or market before participating.

Sports Betting. All sports bets placed at cx 777, including PSL betting, are subject to the specific market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet. cx 777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an error in the odds was apparent or where the event result has been corrupted. In-play bets are placed in real time and are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation. cx 777 uses officially published results and statistics to settle bets. In the case of any dispute regarding a result, the decision of cx 777's settlement team is final.

Casino and Skill Games. cx 777 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all non-live casino games, including slots, fishing games and Andar Bahar where played against automated outcomes. Live dealer games use real physical outcomes operated by licensed studio providers. All game results are final once the game round has been completed. Technical malfunctions during a game round may result in the round being voided and stakes refunded at cx 777's discretion.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. cx 777 reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Bet Acceptance. cx 777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. This applies particularly to very large single bets that would result in an unusually large payout obligation, or to bets where cx 777 has identified a possible integrity issue with the relevant event.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cx 777 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Underage gambling: Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in accessing the platform.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one cx 777 account at any time, regardless of whether the accounts use different identities or devices.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus structures in ways that are inconsistent with normal gameplay, including coordinated betting across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus conversion.
• Fraud: Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to deposit funds, or any other form of financial fraud on the platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in any game where player-versus-player interaction affects outcomes, in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match fixing: Placing bets with knowledge that the outcome of an event has been fixed or manipulated.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, hacking tools or any software designed to manipulate cx 777 game outcomes or the platform's systems.
• Reverse transactions: Deliberately initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on genuine cx 777 deposits.
• Impersonation: Claiming to be another person, cx 777 staff, or any other individual in interactions on the platform.

cx 777 offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. These general provisions apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements. All deposit match bonuses and free credit bonuses at cx 777 carry a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the combined deposit plus bonus amount) a specified number of times before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each promotion.

Game Contribution. Not all games at cx 777 contribute equally to meeting bonus wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each stake toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games and sports betting contribute at a lower rate or may not contribute at all. Specific contribution rates are displayed in each promotion's terms.

Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. If a bonus has not been used or wagering requirements have not been met within the expiry period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry periods are displayed in the relevant promotion terms.

One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, only one active bonus can be held in your cx 777 account at any time. Players must use or forfeit any existing active bonus before claiming a new one.

VIP Club Rewards. Rewards, cashback, odds boosts and other benefits offered through the cx 777 VIP Club programme are governed by the specific VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page. VIP status and associated benefits are not transferable between accounts.

cx 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Suspicious financial activity including chargebacks, payment reversals or suspected money laundering;
• Account inactivity — accounts showing no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and are subject to an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from any available balance;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited at cx 777's discretion. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their cx 777 account may do so by contacting support at support@cx777.world. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

cx 777 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering a cx 777 account, you acknowledge that your personal information — including your name, mobile number, payment details and gaming activity — will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

cx 777 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud detection services and regulatory bodies as required for the lawful operation of the platform. cx 777 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect player data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

Players have the right to access the personal data held about them by cx 777, request corrections to inaccurate data, and request deletion of their data subject to any legal obligations that require cx 777 to retain certain records. cx 777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. • Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond our control;

• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to read and understand applicable game or market rules;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Loss of winnings resulting from prohibited conduct by the player or a third party acting on their behalf.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx 777's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit cx 777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

cx 777 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cx 777 will notify players by displaying a notice on the cx777.world website and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the mobile number registered to the player's account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the cx 777 platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting cx 777 support.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without specific notification and take effect immediately upon publication.
